Goxely iOS Application

1. Introduction

This User Agreement governs the use of the Goxely iOS application, an independent AI visual creation platform. This agreement is fixed and stable for all users. Goxely adopts a no-account usage mode. Users can use all built-in image uploading, AI image generation, and AI video generation functions without account registration, mobile phone binding, email binding, or identity verification. All visual generation services are supported by our self-developed exclusive AI server system, and no third-party service provider participates in any service link of the application.

2. Basic Usage Rules

Users are allowed to upload personal local photos from a mobile album for independent AI style creation, including:

Picture style conversion
Static image to dynamic video rendering
Creative scene expansion and other built-in functions

Users shall only upload legal, original, and non-infringing pictures for creation. Users shall not upload pornographic, violent, illegal, or copyright-unauthorized pictures to use the generation service. We reserve the right to terminate the creation service temporarily for users who upload illegal content.

3. Facial Information Usage Specification

To fully protect user privacy, we set fixed service rules for facial content processing:

Goxely will not collect, detect, identify, analyze, store, or back up any user facial information, facial feature data, facial biometric data, facial contour features, or any face-related biological information from any uploaded user pictures.
Goxely's native AI generation model does not equip facial recognition, facial feature extraction, face marking, or face data analysis functions. Even if the uploaded picture contains human face elements, the system will ignore all facial content automatically and only optimize picture color, light, texture, and scene layout.
Goxely never applies for or invokes any iOS facial recognition permission or face scanning permission, and will not obtain any facial data from user mobile devices actively or passively in any usage scenario.

4. App Service Explanation

All AI computing, rendering, and generation services are provided by our independent self-built cloud server. The application does not access any third-party AI interface, third-party analysis SDK, third-party tracking tool, or third-party data service. All picture transmission and generation processes adopt closed internal transmission, without external data access channel. Temporary uploaded picture cache will be automatically deleted within 24 hours after generation is finished.

5. User Content Ownership

All AI-generated images and videos created by users belong to the users who upload original pictures. All finished works are saved locally on users' iOS devices only. We will not view, copy, use, or disseminate user local creation works without user consent. We will not synchronize user creation content to any public cloud server.

6. User Information Sharing Rule

Goxely will never disclose, sell, trade, transfer, or share any user operation data, uploaded picture files, local creation content, or device usage data with any third-party company, organization, or individual for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

There is no embedded third-party data sharing module, third-party advertising data channel, or third-party user information collection component inside Goxely. User usage data is limited to internal service operation only, and will not flow to any external platform.

7. Mobile Device Permission Rules

Goxely may request the following permissions only when you use related features:

Photo Library (Read): to select pictures for uploading.
Camera: to capture photos when you choose this option.
Photo Library (Add): to save finished images or videos when you tap Download.

Goxely will not apply for location permission, microphone permission, contact list permission, or biometric recognition permission. Users can turn off album or camera access permission in system settings at any time, which will only affect the related functions.

8. Usage Limit Statement

Free users receive a starting balance of in-app gold coins for AI generation. Each image or video generation consumes gold coins according to the in-app rules displayed before you confirm. Subscribed members receive additional discounted gold coins as part of their subscription benefits. All member subscription services comply with Apple App Store official in-app purchase rules, and subscription-related rights take effect after Apple payment confirmation.
