Goxely iOS Application

1. Agreement Overview

This fixed Subscription Service Agreement applies to all users who purchase paid subscription services on the Goxely iOS app. This agreement will not be revised, adjusted, or updated in any version iteration. Goxely is an account-free AI visual creation application. All subscription services are independently operated by our official team, supported by self-developed exclusive AI servers, and no third-party institution participates in subscription settlement, service delivery, or user data management. All subscription transactions comply with Apple App Store official in-app purchase terms and settlement rules.

2. Subscription Service Definition

Goxely provides time-limited recurring subscription services for ordinary users. Users can complete subscription payment via the official Apple in-app purchase channel. After payment confirmation by the Apple official platform, users will activate exclusive member subscription benefits within the valid subscription period. All subscription rights only take effect on the current user's iOS device, and cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged across devices or accounts.

3. Exclusive Subscription Benefits & Gold Coin Rules

Gold coin is the exclusive in-app consumption token for all AI image generation and AI video generation functions on Goxely. The official gold coin consumption standard is unified for all users, including subscribed users and free users.

After successful subscription activation, users will obtain a large number of exclusive discounted gold coins as one-time subscription welfare immediately.
These discounted gold coins have a longer valid period and lower unit consumption cost compared with ordinary free gold coins.
During the valid subscription period, all AI creative generation behaviors—including image style conversion, static-to-video creation, and creative content expansion—still need to consume user-owned gold coins normally.
Subscription qualification does not support zero-consumption or unlimited free generation services.

4. Subscription Validity & Renewal Rules

All subscription products include monthly auto-renewal subscription and yearly auto-renewal subscription.

Auto-renewal will be deducted automatically by the Apple official payment system 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription cycle.
Users can turn off auto-renewal manually in the Apple ID subscription management page at any time.
Closing auto-renewal will not affect the remaining subscription benefits and remaining discounted gold coins owned by users.

5. User Data & Third-Party Statement

We will not collect extra personal information for subscription activation. Users do not need to bind identity information to activate subscription benefits.

Goxely will never share, sell, transmit, or disclose any subscription payment record, device usage data, creation record, or gold coin consumption data to any third-party company, organization, or individual.

All subscription data, payment order data, and gold coin consumption data are stored in our self-built closed server. No third-party SDK, payment platform, or data institution can obtain relevant user data.

6. Refund & Service Rule

All subscription refund applications shall follow Apple App Store refund rules uniformly. Our official team has no independent refund authority. Users cannot apply for partial refund for unused discounted gold coins or remaining subscription time. Once subscription benefits and discounted gold coins are issued, they cannot be cancelled or reclaimed actively by the official side.

7. Service Limitation

Subscription benefits include one-time exclusive discounted gold coin rewards. Subscription does not include additional privilege exemption such as watermark removal or ultra-high-definition export separately. Ultra-high-definition export and watermark-free functions may still require extra gold coin deduction even for subscribed users, where applicable.
