Goxely iOS Application

1. Introduction

This privacy statement applies exclusively to the Goxely mobile application for iOS devices. Goxely is a no-account-required AI visual creation application. Users can access all core image and video generation functions, upload local pictures, and create AI visual works without registering, logging in, binding phone numbers, or creating any personal user account.

All AI image generation and AI video generation functions inside Goxely run on our independent self-developed AI cloud service. Goxely does not adopt any third-party AI service, third-party functional SDK, third-party analysis tool, or third-party data processing platform throughout the whole application running process. We formulate this statement to clearly explain all data processing rules for users who use Goxely offline and online.

2. Facial and Biometric Data Collection Rules

We make clear and definite rules on facial information collection for all users, and the rules are permanent and fixed for all application versions:

Goxely will never collect, capture, scan, identify, analyze, store, or extract any user facial information, facial feature data, facial contour data, facial biometric characteristics, eye feature data, lip feature data, skin texture facial data, or any other face-related personal information from uploaded pictures, device camera cache, or local device albums.
Goxely's built-in self-developed AI generation algorithm has no facial recognition, facial detection, facial classification, or facial feature extraction functions by default. The AI model only processes color, composition, texture, and scene elements of uploaded pictures, and will not lock, identify, or record any human facial part contained in user uploaded images.
The application will not trigger any facial scanning permission, will not obtain facial access authority from the iOS system, and cannot acquire any facial data actively or passively under any use scenario.

3. User Data We Process Only

Since Goxely supports no-account use, we do not collect any account information, user nickname, contact information, device identity tag, user location information, browsing record, or personalized user tag. The only data we process is the local picture files actively uploaded by users for AI creation. These uploaded picture files are only transmitted to our exclusive self-built AI service server for style rendering, image optimization, and video dynamic synthesis. No uploaded picture files will be bound to any user personal mark.

4. Usage Rule of Processed File Data

All uploaded picture files and generated AI image and AI video files are processed only by our independent self-operated AI service system. We will not divert user uploaded files to any external service platform. After completing one-time AI generation rendering, the original uploaded picture cache and temporary generation cache will be automatically cleared from our self-built server within 24 hours. We only provide AI creation computing services for users, and do not use user files for algorithm training, commercial production, or internal material reserve.

5. Third-Party Information Sharing Statement

Goxely will never share, sell, rent, transmit, disclose, or deliver any user-related information, uploaded picture content, generated visual works, or device running cache data to any external third-party company, third-party organization, or third-party individual under any circumstances.

There is no third-party data cooperation, third-party data sharing interface, or third-party data statistics channel embedded inside the whole application. All data transmission links are closed-loop managed by our self-developed service system, and no external third party can obtain any user data or user creation content in any way.

6. Local Device Permission Description

Goxely may request the following iOS permissions only when needed:

Photo Library (Read): to let you select pictures for AI creation.
Camera: to let you capture photos for AI creation when you choose this option.
Photo Library (Add): to save generated images or videos when you tap Download.

Goxely will not apply for location permission, contact permission, microphone permission, or face detection permission. Users can independently authorize or close album and camera access permissions at any time in mobile system settings. Closing these permissions will only affect related uploading or saving functions, and will not trigger any background data collection behavior.

7. User Local Work Storage Rule

All AI generated pictures and videos are saved locally on the user's iOS device. We do not synchronize user creation works to any cloud public disk, third-party storage space, or shared server. Users own full ownership of all visual works generated by Goxely. We have no right to view, extract, or use user local saved creation files without user action.
